Breach Of Contract Law In Illinois

The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is a set of business laws that the state of Illinois has adopted. Among other things, it defines breach of contract and the available remedies to the aggrieved parties. For example, when a seller fails to make an agreed-upon delivery, the buyer may have the right to cancel the contract and seek damages incurred.

Our attorneys are thoroughly familiar with the UCC. We will discuss your business dispute with you and advise you of your rights and responsibilities so you can make informed choices regarding how to proceed. As experienced litigators, we are always prepared to take your claim to trial to help your business obtain what it deserves.
